Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America in Jefferson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Quality Leader to manage the factory Quality department and drive food safety across operations.

You will lead the Quality team, implement HACCP and ISO standards, oversee internal/external audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a best-in-class Quality Management System. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

• Ensure adherence to and improvement of Quality and Food Safety Programs, HACCP Programs, Good Manufacturing Practices, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Management Programs and others.
• Lead the internal and external factory audit programs to verify adherence to certification standards, regulatory requirements, product and process specifications.
• Review, maintain and enhance factory quality resources to support personnel training and competency development, food safety, and quality management systems.
• Manage adherence to ISO requirements and continually monitor external standards to inform internal strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent application of quality standards.
• Drive the Quality pillar in support of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for the factory.
• Support, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System and all related programs.

Position Summary

Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. Beyond our mass production, our Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. Our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Requirements

Salary: $102,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
