Wolf Industries, a leader in modular home construction, is seeking a Factory Production Employee to join our team. You will contribute to building high-quality, customizable homes in a controlled factory setting, collaborating across framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, siding and interior finishes.

This 50-hour per week, first-shift role (6:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday) emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency as you work through six production stages under a Foreman.

As a Factory Production Employee, you play a critical role in the manufacturing process of modular homes. This position involves working in a team-oriented environment to construct homes from the ground up in a controlled factory setting. You will contribute to various phases of production, including framing, plumbing, electrical work, insulation, siding, and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

Depending on your specialty and the production stage assigned, your responsibilities vary. We have 6 stages of production, each with their own Foreman and dedicated team.

Working Conditions

The role involves mostly indoor production work, but outdoor yard work may be needed.

Schedule

The position requires 50 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Specifically for 1st shift - 6:30am - 4:30pm
