Responsibilities

• As part of the FP (factory planning) team we execute building and conveyor projects, a variety of Factory projects at MBUSI.
• Preparation and support for the creation of documents within the framework of project coordination.
• Detailing of planning scopes.
• Creation of decision-papers, scheduling, etc. for project meetings and steering committees, or cost reporting.
• Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management summaries.
• Organization and preparation of different meetings and workshops.
• Recording / tracking of important project dates/milestones, project course and project status with the focus on controlling and financial topics.
• Planning, coordination and communication of weekend activities.
• Preparation of system acceptance, creation and tracking of specific deficiencies.
• Execution of meetings and creation of meeting minutes.
• Onsite checks and general support.
