You will own complete workflows from browser to database and collaborate with sales, operators, and manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates are comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, turning ambiguous problems into practical, testable releases, and continuously improving performance, reliability, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience across frontend and backend development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical software solutions.
• Comfortable owning a feature from discovery through production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship customer-facing and internal web applications.
• Build clear interfaces, reliable APIs, and durable data models.
• Work directly with salespeople, operators, and manufacturing teams to understand workflows.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into small, testable product releases.
• Improve performance, reliability, testing, observability, and developer tooling.
• Investigate production issues and own fixes through deployment.
• Simplify systems and retire unnecessary complexity.
• Review code and help raise the engineering standard.
• Measure whether shipped work improves speed, accuracy, or customer experience.
