Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Factory Operations Supervisor at our Anoka, MN Rifle Plant. You will supervise manufacturing activities, coach staff, and drive safety, quality and delivery goals. The position reports to the Factory Operations Manager and runs a night shift (Fri–Sun and alternating Thursday 7:00pm–7:00am).

Ideal candidates bring leadership in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Associates/Bachelor’s in Business preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1+ years' leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and group facilitation abilities.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all department associates to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage safety programs and investigate/report issues in a timely manner.
• Promote continuous improvement in equipment utilization and processes.
• Coordinate staffing with other departments and ensure adherence to policies.
