Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Crystal Springs, MS is seeking a Factory IT Site Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT service delivery at the factory floor. You will partner with site leadership to ensure reliable infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and connected operations, while guiding on-site teams and vendors.

You will drive governance, manage demand, and oversee build projects, ensuring security and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of information technology experience.
• 2+ years in IT leadership or management role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Project management experience for complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery for assigned factory sites.
• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the business.
• Ensure effective ticket management, triage, and resolution.
• Deliver and support onsite IT infrastructure and applications.
• Oversee local IT governance, security, and cybersecurity response.
