Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing IT/OT Lead to provide technical leadership for BEP's manufacturing IT/OT integration and modernization. The role spans ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, sensors, and enterprise IT.

Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence three days per week in Washington, DC and periodic travel to Fort Worth, TX. Translate business needs into scalable IT/OT architectures and drive data-driven manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
8+ years of professional experience in manufacturing IT/OT or a closely related field.
Experience designing and implementing IT/OT architectures in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing systems with enterprise IT such as MES/ERP.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for BEP manufacturing IT/OT integration and modernization initiatives.
Develop IT/OT architectures showing how ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, sensors, and related systems interconnect.
Lead real-time data flows and analytics supporting enterprise decision-making.
Oversee onboarding of new machines with appropriate protocols.
Support roadmaps for automation, robotics, and edge computing.
Coordinate with MES, Oracle EBS/OCI, data/AI, Maximo, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
Ensure cybersecurity, availability, and operational continuity of OT systems.
