Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Crystal Springs, MS is seeking a Factory IT Site Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT services at the factory, aligning infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity with business goals.

You will partner with site leadership, vendors, and global IT teams to drive governance, manage budgets, and develop local IT professionals, delivering measurable improvements in safety, efficiency and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of information technology experience.
• 2+ years in an IT leadership or management role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Project management experience for complex initiatives.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional local language skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery for the assigned factory sites.
• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the business.
• Ensure effective ticket management, triage, and resolution.
• Deliver and support onsite IT infrastructure and applications.
• Oversee local IT governance, security, and cybersecurity response.
• Plan and control site IT budget and costs.
