Job summary

ASML in San Diego is seeking an EUV Factory Inventory Controller to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for materials at the EUV Factory. The role emphasizes SOX compliance and data-driven improvements, with a base salary range discussed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain Management or Business-Related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Ability to analyze and streamline processes.
  • Ability to train others and be trained on new processes.
  • Cross-functional experience in a large organization, multi-national, fast-paced industry.
  • Knowledge of MRP Database (SAP a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • CPIM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee main database (SAP) operations to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Maintain EUV cycle count program and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends related to inventory accuracy.
  • Provide RCAs of inventory differences and adjustments.
  • Lead and conduct full physical inventory audits as needed to validate inventory control.
  • Provide inventory control training and develop respective documents as needed.
  • Analyze current inventory control processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the factory.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain inventory health, troubleshoot errors, and establish business processes.
  • Utilize KPIs to drive performance.
  • Responsible for EWM inventory dashboard monitoring and resolution.
  • Other duties as needed.

Introduction to the job

As the EUV Factory Inventory Controller, you will focus on monitoring and maintaining accurate and acceptable inventory levels of materials within the San Diego EUV Factory. This role includes ensuring adherence to SOX compliance as well as analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Role and responsibilities
  • Oversight of main database (SAP) operations to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
  • Maintains EUV cycle count program and SOX compliance requirements
  • Uses data analysis to identify trends related to inventory accuracy

Education and experience

Role within Office

  • May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Role within the Factory
  • Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $70,875-106,313

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
