Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding, hands‑on work throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials repeatedly.
• Ability to stay focused and maintain a consistent pace while performing repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Production: Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks, across the production cycle.
• Tools & Equipment: Use basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete tasks.
• Quality Checks: Inspect components and finished products for defects.
• Packaging & Finishing: Label, wrap, package, stack, and prepare products for the next stage or shipment.
• Material Handling: Lift, carry, load, unload, and move materials and products.
• Cross-Training: Learn additional production processes and workstations as skills develop.
