Laborup is seeking Production Technicians for a stable, family-owned manufacturing environment in Sweetwater, Tennessee. No prior manufacturing experience is required; training is provided.

The role involves operating and monitoring production machines, managing materials, and performing quality checks to ensure high standards on the line. We offer a starting wage of $14 per hour with raises every 60 days, advancing to $16 within the first year and a top out over $18.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability is essential.
• Strong attention to detail for QA and data recording.
• Clear, effective communication with supervisors, technicians, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple production machines.
• Manage materials at stations and track inventory.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and work with technicians on issues.
• Conduct daily in-line quality checks and measurements on products.
• Record production notes, defect counts, and quality concerns.
• Support process changes and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around assigned machines and area.
