Job summary

Amkor Technology, Inc. seeks a high-energy Factory Plant Senior Accounting Manager for its Arizona facility.

This role oversees plant-level accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls at the Peoria site, partnering with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure accurate costing and financial visibility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory accounting.
• US GAAP technical accounting and internal controls knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Manage cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and CapEx tracking.
• Ensure SOX compliance and support internal/external audits.
• Lead a team as the operation scales up.
