Job summary

You will follow work orders and assemble building components and homes, focusing on tape, texture and finishing to meet quality standards. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, able to read and write English, and preferably hold a high school diploma.

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic construction knowledge and comfort using basic tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints (a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a high-volume setting.
• Versatility to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear communication with team members.
