Pratt & Whitney in Andover, MA seeks a data analytics engineer to create visualization and statistical tools for factory data and to convert non-standard test data into standardized formats. You will work with customers to reduce process variation and improve test yields in a fast-paced environment using agile methods.
The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S.
Create and maintain data visualization and statistical analysis tools that increase understanding of factory data. Write scripts to convert non‑standard test data (Excel, Access, text, etc.) into a standardized text‑based format. Work with customers to ensure their data is used to reduce process variation and improve factory test yields. Experience with factory test data, supporting Raytheon Missiles and Defense program needs in a fast‑paced, multi‑task work environment. Use agile software development methods, providing imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions to a wide range of difficult technical problems.
Salary range: $86,800 - $165,200 (USD). Possible annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive programs.
