Job summary

KINCO Automation is expanding into the U.S. market and building its local team from the ground up. We are seeking a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow our factory automation business.

The role involves supporting sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos, while collaborating with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users to deliver effective automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer).
• Strong communication skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos
• Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users
• Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems
• Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first-machine builds
• Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement
• Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams
