We are looking for a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow our factory automation business. The role involves supporting sales with pre-sales technical consulting, designing solutions, and demonstrating capabilities to OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users, while providing application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs,

Qualifications

• Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer).
• Strong communication skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-growing U.S. organization.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos.
• Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
• Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems.
• Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first-machine builds.
• Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement.
• Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
