Job summary

Confidential Company in the Greater Chicago area seeks a proven P&L leader to rebuild and scale its Factory Automation business in North America. The role reports to executive leadership and oversees product strategy, pricing, supply chain, and customer relationships with machine builders and integrators.

Based in or near Chicago, IL, you will manage an organization of roughly 200 people across sales, product, operations, and engineering, partnering with a CRO to own what gets sold and drive

Qualifications

• Proven full P&L ownership of a large business.
• Background in factory automation or related industrial systems.
• Demonstrated transformation or turnaround experience.
• Experience with M&A or integrating organizations.
• Strong commercial instincts in field sales, account growth, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Owns Full P&L accountability for the Factory Automation business.
• Develops pricing strategy and leads pricing center of excellence.
• Oversees supply chain and fulfillment transformations across partners.
• Leads application engineering and maintains relationships with customers.
• Defines segment strategy and ideal customer profile; guides go-to-market.
