Job summary

Jobtailor in Massachusetts is seeking a senior role in the semiconductor field. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop practical application solutions and ensure alignment with market expectations, while acting as a consultant in key design-ins and guiding field applications and customers in test solution development.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductors, a strong EE foundation, and proficiency in software programming with .NET/C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in EE, or CE.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (digital logic, digital communications and transmission, signal processing, power delivery a plus).
• Proficient with general software programming (preferred .NET – C#, VB) and common algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and on your own – planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills – a commitment to teamwork and “can-do” spirit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear and effective presentations on complex topics.
• Can work under high pressure with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic knowledge about semiconductor device design, manufacturing, and/or testing is a plus.
