Services include 24-hour emergency services, inpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as outpatient services such as medication management, case management, and counseling.

Job Summary

The FACT Team Leader administers and directs Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program, a clinical team, which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to persons with serious mental illness. FACT team members provide a wide range of services, including advocacy, crisis intervention, assessments, treatment planning, case management, medication support, and coordination of care. Additional services include community referrals, symptom education, vocational and educational support, social skills development, and assistance for families and caregivers.
