Job summary

EURPAC SERVICE, INC. seeks a Facility Manager for its Muscle Foods USA division in South Bend, Indiana. You will lead the warehouse team, oversee daily operations, and drive efficiency while maintaining safety standards, HR coordination, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires 1+ year of warehouse management experience and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on inventory control and process improvements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse management experience.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory and logistics management.
• Excellent multitasking, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with desktop computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage/oversee the building and warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Set expectations, motivate and organize teams to meet productivity targets.
• Recruit/hire new employees as needed.
• Collaborate with buyers, sales, vendors and customers.
• Design warehouse layout for product flow and handling.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct random audits.
• Approve employee time off and handle HR issues with HR.
