Job summary

Premier Pump & Power LLC is seeking a Warehouse Helper to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in Vancouver, WA. The role supports warehouse and production staff with general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the site.

Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste while reporting maintenance issues. The position requires dependability, basic equipment use, and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Willingness to perform a variety of cleaning and general labor tasks.
• Basic ability to use cleaning equipment, hand tools, carts, and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean warehouse, production, office, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other employee common areas.
• Restock paper products, soap, cleaning supplies, and other facility consumables.
• Clean up spills, dirt, debris, and other materials from floors and work areas.
• Keep aisles, walkways, entrances, and exits clean and free of obstructions.
• Collect and dispose of scrap, packaging materials, pallets, and general waste in designated locations.
• Assist with maintaining outdoor areas around the facility, including picking up trash and debris.
• Move boxes, supplies, parts, and other materials using carts or pallet jacks as needed.
• Assist warehouse and production employees with general labor and cleanup activities.
