Job summary

AGEISS is seeking a Facility Manager Training Specialist to support JBSA-Lackland, TX with on-site FM training, data management, and program coordination. The role involves evaluating process strategies and delivering training to Facility Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Knowledge of facilities, equipment, safety and security practices for government facilities.
• Experience developing and delivering FM training.
• Experience with cloud-based video technology for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop FM process strategy initiatives for JBSA FM Program.
• Identify and implement FM process improvements for training and communication with JBSA partners and leadership.
• Collect, track, analyze and present FM analytical data.
