Job summary

AGEISS Inc. seeks a Facility Manager Training Specialist to support the JBSA Lackland FM program on-site. The role focuses on training delivery, data management, and coordination with civil engineer partners to improve FM processes.

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and experience delivering FM training. Knowledge of cloud-based video tools and MS Office is required; a background check is required with CAC/NACI preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Knowledge of facilities and equipment management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with safety and security practices for government facilities.
• Ability to analyze training materials and develop improvements.
• Experience developing and delivering FM training.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based video technology for training delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check; NACI/CAC preferred.
• Motivated, outgoing, self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and present process strategy initiatives in support of JBSA CES FM Program.
• Identify and implement FM process improvements for training and communicating with JBSA 502d CEG Mission Partners and 502d CES leadership.
• Collect, track, analyze and present FM analytical data.
• Utilize tools to track and maintain FM appointment letters and communicate metrics.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate FM training sessions at JBSA locations.
• Provide FM training and guidance to users and junior staff.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Civil Engineer FM.
