Job summary

Sysco Arkansas is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to supervise safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance of ASRS and dock systems. You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration tasks and mentor junior techs to ensure reliable facility operations.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, six years in industrial maintenance, RETA certifications, and a valid driver’s license; OSHA/NFPA knowledge highly valued. This is a full-time on-site position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Six years of industrial facility and ASRS maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to complete Sysco safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance activities of the facility.
• Maintain ASRS, dock equipment, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Train and mentor Facility Tech I and II; ensure timely repairs and safety compliance.
