Job summary

Sysco Foods in Nashville is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for safe operation, daily monitoring, and maintenance of facility systems including ASRS and dock equipment. You will perform electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs, logging work in CMMS, and supporting on-call safety initiatives.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 4 years’ facility/ASRS maintenance experience, and certifications like Refrigeration Operator I RETA CARO or ARC FLASH training.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical procedures or regulations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (high/low voltage) and electrical code requirements.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and light welding as needed.
• Complete maintenance tasks for buildings, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspect and repair ASRS, dock equipment, and roofing/ground assets.
• Log time and materials in CMMS daily with accurate work orders and PMs.
