Frac-Chem, based in Lafayette, Louisiana, seeks a warehouse/facility associate to support daily operations, organize tasks, and ensure efficient warehouse performance. The role involves handling liquid chemicals, moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safety and housekeeping across shifts.

Candidates should be forklift certified, physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and able to work 8–12 hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling liquid chemicals and transloading operations.
• Certified forklift operator with recent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk 8–12 hours, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist facility manager in organizing and executing tasks.
• Participate in and operate daily functions of the warehouse/facility, customer service, inventory, incoming/outgoing transport equipment, and related operations.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment.
• Load and unload trucks following safety procedures and pack/prepare shipments for transport.
• Distribute received shipments within the facility and process related paperwork.
• Assist in locating customer property materials and staging equipment.
• Assist with loadouts or staging of equipment.
• Prepare materials for safe movement, including banding, crating, or stretch film.
