Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. seeks a warehouse Operator to safely handle liquid and dry chemicals, mix/blend products, load/unload trucks, and maintain precise inventory. The role involves operating forklifts, packaging, labeling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The position requires English literacy, basic math, and the ability to pass forklift certification, with opportunities for growth and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or US military experience.
• 2+ years of experience in chemical operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification and operate forklift safely.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and use technology-based devices.
• Meet production targets and wear PPE as required.
• Complete safety and placarding compliance when loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage process equipment to produce blended, diluted, and manufactured final products.
• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment with certification.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and inventory records.
• Inspect tanks, tankers and railcars before/after loading/unloading.
• Ensure packaging, labeling and storage meet regulatory requirements.
