Job summary

Clean Harbors in Buttonwillow, CA is seeking a Facility Technician I to perform hands-on operations. The role offers daily, Monday–Friday work with opportunities for growth and development in a large environmental services company.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and bring 1+ years of related experience. Forklift experience is a plus, and strong computer use is needed. We pay a competitive hourly wage and offer comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety as a top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Performs daily drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks.
• Completes and submits paperwork for waste tracking movements; able to use scanning app.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Performs daily tasks of drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks;
• Completes and submits all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements, able to use scanning application.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management.
