Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Vocational/Technical in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance preferred.
• Entry level electrical repair, HVAC, and/or mechanical maintenance experience is required.
• 1 year healthcare or hospital facility maintenance setting preferred.
• Familiar with CMMS/documentation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic tasks on electrical, fire safety, HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Architectural systems may include doors, ceilings and walls.
• Troubleshoots minor issues on pneumatic tube, patient beds, nurse call systems, and televisions.
• Performs general maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Complies with attendance, safety policies, and departmental procedures.
