Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Skilled Maintenance II to maintain hospital infrastructure, systems and equipment across hospital and clinic locations. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems while supporting upgrades and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires skilled trade experience, technical troubleshooting, independence, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair facility systems and equipment throughout hospital and clinic locations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and related building systems according to area of expertise.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and evaluations of facility equipment and systems.
• Support facility upgrades, construction projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency facility issues and operational needs as assigned.
• Provide technical guidance to Skilled Maintenance I team members.
