Job summary

FMC Ice Sports is seeking a Facility Support Staff member to assist at our Massachusetts arenas. Responsibilities include monitoring skating areas, handling cashier duties, and timekeeping to ensure smooth operations and a great customer experience. No prior ice rink experience is required; training will be provided.

Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team, with a minimum age of 16. Compensation is $15 per hour.

Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.

Facility Support Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities could include:

• Skate Monitor
• Cashier
• Timekeeper

No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.

Compensation: $15 per hour, non-negotiable
