What You’ll Do

As the Facilities Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily maintenance operations while working alongside your team to ensure our facilities remain safe, efficient, and compliant.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Perform hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on facility equipment, building systems, and infrastructure.
  • Lead, coach, and support Maintenance Technicians while actively participating in daily maintenance activities.

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, irrigation, boiler, welding, and other facility systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to maximize equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and equipment failures.
  • Assist with boiler operation, maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, inspection reports, and documentation.
  • Promote and enforce safe work practices while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and applicable cannabis regulations.
  • Conduct routine facility safety inspections and address hazards promptly.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Cultivation, Manufacturing, Retail, Security, and Compliance teams to support business needs.
  • Travel between Justice Grown facilities as needed to support maintenance operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
