Job summary

CSEngineering in Colorado Springs seeks a Facility Space Manager to analyze utilization, optimize assets, and guide space consolidation decisions. You will evaluate requests, conduct site audits, prepare floor-plan visualizations, and maintain accurate data in government-approved databases.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of space-management experience, strong English communication, and a clearance (NACI/SF85).

• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative facility data to support consolidation or relocation.
• Experience with real-property or facility-management databases; NexGen IT/TRIRIGA preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: NACI/SF85 (Public Trust)

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Architecture, Interior Design, Facility Management, or a closely related field; or
• At least three (3) years of experience in facility space management and asset optimization.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative facility data to support consolidation, relocation, or space-utilization recommendations.
• Experience with real-property or facility-management databases; experience with NexGen IT/TRIRIGA is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
