Job summary

TDG Facilities is seeking a PART-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for an educational customer in the Greater Cincinnati / College Hill area. Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, on-site daily to support general facility operations and provide cleaning to high standards with a skilled team.

Schedule: 4 Hour Shift, 4pm-8pm, M-F, $16-$17.50/hour. TDG Facilities is a growing company committed to growing talent and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Support laundry facility function.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
