The role requires hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, plus strong communication and organizational skills to manage tasks, records, and client relationships. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, with on-call availability for emergencies.

Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician - Cincinnati, Ohio

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Facility Site Lead / Lead Maintenance Technician candidate to support an educational customer located on the northwest side of GREATER CINCINNATI (WHITE OAK) area. Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, able to assess and complete basic repairs, and provide guidance and oversight to the dedicated facilities team. Qualified candidates will have commercial maintenance experience, including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm. Ability to be on call for emergency repairs as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as required
• Experience with HVAC is a plus
• Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.
• Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
• Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance
• Support training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)
• Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
• Maintain site supplies inventory
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Manage work orders within a work order management system
• Manage bid for services
• Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and support (including light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong leadership, with servant leadership mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
