Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in commercial settings with commercial equipment.
Familiar with facilities ancillary equipment: Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, etc.
Position requires off-hours on-call support as well as occasional weekend overtime.
Responsibilities
Install and maintain electrical and HVAC/R equipment according to standards.
Oversee daily site operations for Facilities Technicians.
Identify and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and components.
