Job summary

This role supports facility maintenance and shop operations by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to minimize downtime.Key Responsibilities· Machining: Operate manual machines and CNC lathes(would be helpful) to fabricate precision parts, fixtures, and tooling from blueprints.· Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic repairs on facility equipment.· Shop Support: Maintain shop safety and cleanliness while managing tooling inventory and documenting repairs.· Collaboration: Partner with production and maintenance teams on continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.· Experience: 3+ years of manual machining experience; CNC lathes and manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.· Skills: Ability to read blueprints, use micrometers/calipers, and perform basic welding.
