The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a Part-Time Facility Services Worker for the Miller Activity Complex. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, restrooms, floors, and common areas, plus assisting with room and event setups.
Schedule is Friday through Monday, 4:00 am to 7:00 am. A valid Colorado driver’s license is required, with prior cleaning experience preferred. This role requires flexible hours and a focus on public safety and teamwork.

The working schedule for this position is as follows:
Friday - Monday 4:00 am-7:00 am
*Primarily responsible for cleaning at the Miller Activity Complex – 1375 W. Plum Creek Parkway*
Salary Range: $17.91 - $24.17
Anticipated Hiring Range: $17.91 - $21.04
Minimum Qualifications:
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: S ix (6) months cleaning experience preferred
Licenses and/or Certifications Required: A valid Colorado driver's license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of equipment, materials, techniques and supplies used in the cleaning of buildings
Ability to operate floor buffing machine, scrubber, carpet cleaner, vacuum cleaner, snow blowers and other minor equipment
Ability to work independently
Ability to understand verbal and written directions
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, holidays and/or weekends as needed
Physical Demands:
Ability to stoop, kneel and reach, as well as to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and materials of up to 50 pounds
Equipment Used:
Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check, driving record check and fingerprinting analysis prior to commencing employment.
