Job summary

The Town of Castle Rock is seeking a Facilities Cleaner to maintain town facilities, including offices and restrooms. You will operate cleaning equipment and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

This position requires reliability, strong customer service, and flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, holidays, or weekends as needed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years cleaning experience, and a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cleans Town facilities including offices and restrooms; maintains floors and surfaces.
• Assists with snow and ice removal on building exteriors as needed.
• Coordinates with Facilities Division for room/event setup within requested timeframes.
• Maintains supplies for the facilities they service and ensures customer service is a priority.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
