Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in the Buffalo area. You will prospect, develop, and close new business by offering facility services solutions, leveraging hands‑on help with day-to-day work and a proven B2B sales approach.

You will build relationships, use our CRM for lead and account management, and strive to exceed weekly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Office schedule: Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within the territory.
• Use the CRM to identify, close new business and hit weekly quotas.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate effectively and handle objections to secure deals.
• Provide ongoing account management and customer satisfaction.
