Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.
• Preferred: completion of a 2-year vocational or technical program.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains facilities, equipment, or fixtures; documents wear and tear.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; tracks parts and purchases.
• Operates and maintains heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety procedures.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart safety standards.
• Participates in an on-call rotation about every 4–6 weeks to support critical needs.
