Job summary

Black Cape is seeking a Facility Security Officer in Arlington, VA. You will implement the industrial security program, ensure compliance with NISPOM and DD254, and liaise with government counterparts while traveling to SCIFs as needed.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance and willingness to pursue TS/SCI. You will support secure operations in a hybrid onsite model, interfacing with Black Cape leadership and government teams to maintain program integrity and risk mitigation across DoW

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain at least an active Secret security clearance.
• Experience implementing NISPOM requirements and handling DoD/IC security regs.
• Familiarity with security databases (DISS, NBIS, eQIP, NISS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform security operations including clearance processing, tracking, education and reports.
• Process badges, visit requests and certifications for government facilities.
• Maintain DD254s and manage classified materials and government-furnished information.
• Interface with government counterparts and lead security review activities.
• Develop and administer security education training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all government and company security regulations.
