Robinson Pharma, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Security Guard to protect the property from damage, theft, and unauthorized entry. The role includes patrolling, monitoring CCTV, securing doors, documenting incidents, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

The position emphasizes report writing, identification verification, and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs while supporting manufacturing teams and maintaining a safe work environment.

Formación

• Valid Security Guard Card with 2 years of experience in a Security role.
• Able to write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs).
• Communication Skills (Oral & Written) - able to speak clearly and accurately for operations.

Responsabilidades

• Patrols the facility interior/exterior areas or stands post to deter crime and enforce rules.
• Monitors video surveillance system to protect against fire, theft, vandalism and entry.
• Walks buildings and grounds to ensure doors/windows/gates are secured.
• Watches for and reports irregularities such as hazards or doors left unlocked.
• Ensures and enforces proper identification of employees and/or visitors.
• Detains unauthorized persons found on client property and releases to authorities.
• Investigates disturbances and responds to emergencies, maintaining order and safety.
• Serves as liaison with emergency response units.
• Sounds alarm or calls police/fire in emergencies.
• Provides direction for manufacturing associates on safety and production schedule attainment.
• Reports security issues to supervisor promptly.
• Completes Daily Activity Reports accurately and on time.
• Makes recommendations to improve safety and security measures.
• Follows SOPs, cGMPs, safety practices and company policies.
• Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.
