Job summary

Nteligen LLC is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead the organization’s industrial security program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD requirements. The role involves coordinating with DCSA, managing clearances, and guiding security policies for personnel and facilities.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in security, hold a TS clearance, and be adept with DISS/NISS/NBIS/SWFT systems while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial security with FSO or security management preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM, DoD 5220.22‑M, ICDs, and multi‑agency processes.
• Experience working with DCSA, inspections, and security certifications.
• US citizenship and TS clearance required.
• Familiarity with security systems DISS, NISS, NBIS, SWFT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with DCSA for inspections, audits, and monitoring.
• Manage personnel security processes and clearance tracking across agencies.
• Maintain compliance with NISPOM, DoD regs, and agency directives.
• Oversee security systems (DISS/NISS/NBIS/SWFT) and portals.
• Lead self-inspections, vulnerability prep, and corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce security policies and training for staff.
• Support insider threat program and handle sensitive information.
• Coordinate classified visits, document control, and material handling.
• Provide security briefings and ongoing education for the organization.
