Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a dynamic Facility Security Officer (FSO) to implement and maintain a comprehensive security program across our sites. You will drive governance, risk, and compliance efforts aligned with NIST SP 800-171, DoD 5220.22, and NISPOM, while coordinating with government and prime contractors on clearances and security plans.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP/SCI administration, TS/SCI with poly preferred, and the ability to manage insider threat, security training, and document

Qualifications

• Expert security knowledge and 8+ years of SAP/SCI administration.
• SPED or ISP certification preferred.
• STEPP training transcript required for FSO non-possessing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement a robust GRC program complying with DoD/NIST and government requirements.
• Manage physical security including visitor control and access.
• Coordinate with DoD, DSS, NISP, and investigators for clearances and investigations.
• Develop security plans, SOPs, and policies; ensure auditable records.
• Lead Insider Threat Program and classify/protect sensitive information.
