Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for White Sands Missile Range, NM. The position requires SECRET minimum clearance and TS/SCI eligibility for handling classified systems and duties, with responsibilities across personnel security, training tracking, and debriefings.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent, proficient in English and MS Office, and possess FSO qualification and DoD industrial security program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Facility Security Officer qualification and experience administering a DoD industrial security program under the NISPOM.
• Position-specific education, experience, and certification minimums are established in the solicitation Position Qualifications attachment.

Responsibilities

• Administer the contractor security program in accordance with the NISPOM (DoD 5220.22-M) and the DD Form 254.
• Process visit authorization requests and manage clearances, badging, and in- and out-processing of personnel.
• Collect and return Government identification, CACs, and keys upon employee departure and coordinate security debriefings.
• Track and report security training completion in the ATEC Training Tracker Module and coordinate with the Government Industrial Security Officer.
• Report adverse information, security violations, and any loss or compromise of classified information.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Facility Security Officer at White Sands Missile Range, administering personnel and industrial security for the contract in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program.
