Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Loss Prevention Guard to protect people, products, and the facility. You will monitor access, enforce security procedures, respond to incidents, and act as a communications hub during emergencies.

This 2nd or 3rd shift role offers 12-hour shifts, weekend/nights, and advancement opportunities in a manufacturing setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma, security experience, strong observation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in security, loss prevention, law enforcement, military, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills with ability to stay calm during emergencies.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles per security procedures and regulations.
• Verify credentials, maintain visitor/access records, and monitor traffic to protect personnel, products, and assets.
• Serve as central communications point during emergencies with internal teams and responders as needed.
• Conduct routine security checks, monitor activity, identify safety or security concerns, and report incidents or policy violations.
• Provide professional service to employees, visitors, and drivers while maintaining a safe, secure facility.
