Join our team to support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep, perform preventative tasks, and collaborate with the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Positive attitude and dedication to resident safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with routine building maintenance and repairs
