Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN License required.
• CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation).
• Clear Criminal Background Check.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to children with complex medical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
