Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean facility surfaces.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with users and management.
• Collaborate with teams to support operational needs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management.
• Manage equipment inventory and proper storage of tools and vehicles.
